Hamasbia Aviation Meals Industries Ltd. produces and delivers meals at its new facility in the center of the country, built in 2015. The plant was established to meet all the needs of the catering industry. Thus we established a facility with exceptional qualities in the kosher food industry. There are three kitchens under one roof, working in tandem: meat, pareve and dairy. Each of the three is set up to prepare cooked food and cold dishes.
The dessert department at the plant is responsible for producing a range of desserts. The department produces pareve desserts. We are thus able to provide desserts for both meat and dairy meals.The plant has special vegetable and fruit processing systems, from the cleaning and rinse phase, through the processing, and to preparing the dishes themselves. This system allows for complete control over the production quality while ensuring that the final product meets each customer’s exact expectations.
The company’s kitchens also produce “Kosher for Passover” foods, without “gebrocht” (soaking) and without “kitniot” (legumes). This means that our kitchens can provide appropriate solutions all year round and for all types of meals.
